As parents, it's our full-time job to set our kids up for life. Giving them the tools and mindset to succeed at whatever they want to do.
On today's episode of the His & Her Money Show, we've got two shining examples of early business education with Terrie Chantel, aka PajamaCEO, and her son Austin. Terrie is a mom of three who's passed on her love for business and entrepreneurship to her sons. She firmly believes it's never too early to start educating and inspiring our kids through example today, to be even more successful for tomorrow.
Back in the day, Terrie thought she knew what success looked like: going to college, settling into a career, and work, work, work. Then she realized there was so much more to her AND the opportunities life had to offer. It took a few years for Terrie to get the entrepreneur itch, but once she did, she was on a mission, overcoming obstacles and discrimination to design her own dreams and start setting up those goals to achieve them. Now Austin is following in her footsteps, putting in the work and hustling hard towards a promising music career and as many businesses as he can start along the way.
Today, she and Austin are spilling their entrepreneur mindsets, hacks, and strategies, and giving us a look in the playbook for getting that fire started at a young age. Parents, get that pen and paper out, and you might even want to grab the kids for this one - it's a ride you won't want to miss!

On this episode of the His & Her Money Show, we hope you're getting ready for a masterclass. Ashley Hamilton was a single mom supporting her kids day by day as a waitress and her success story is amazing, how she went from making $20,000 a year to building a real estate investment empire out of Detroit.
Ashley knew she wanted a more passive income so she could spend less time working and more time with her family. So, she put a lot of thought in, watched a lot of HGTV, and started doing the work!
She mostly deals in single-family homes and buy-and-hold rentals, and throughout the episode, she takes us inside her process, from picking and flipping properties to managing her team and tenants. Whether you're just curious or about to take that first step into real estate yourself, what Ashley has to say is important information for anybody, so start taking notes and get ready to soak up all this knowledge!

Family is everything, and being able to guide our children spiritually and financially to shape their futures is such an important part of it. At first glance, it may look intimidating, but it doesn't have to be - and our guest today is living proof.
For today's episode of the His & Her Money Show, Jerrad Lopes is on board to give us all some insight on his own personal growth as a father, and how he's helping guys around the world lead their families spiritually and beyond. Growing up without a dad shaped Jerrad's life more than he initially realized, and today he's a pastor dedicated to ministry and family as the founder of Dad Tired.
When Jerrad created Dad Tired, it was completely unexpected. He wanted to create a space for men to come together and share their journeys and experiences, and it snowballed from there into something amazing. With his podcast and community, Jerrad is supplying resources to help guide fathers in leading their sons and daughters to Christ, success, and happiness, and pushing through the same adversaries he experienced himself towards fixing up and nurturing the ultimate family dynamic. This is such a great episode for anybody, and Jerrad is giving away so much wisdom on the topic of manhood, family building, and becoming the version of yourself that you always knew you could be!
